Gilt brass plate (traces of gilding) with a motif in silvered copper representing the Gallic rooster holding in its claws the terrestrial globe stamped with the inscription "FRANCE" and resting on a bundle of flags tied with a laurel wreath (missing the flag tips and the rooster's beak). White calf lining.
