Coiffe en drap bleu foncé ayant viré vert. Soutache et galons en laine jaune d'or. Pompon à franges souples en laine jaune d'or et cabochon en passementerie d'argent. Bandeau décoré à l'avant d'un écusson brodé en fils d'or représentant une grenade enflammée dans un cor de chasse sur fond or. Coiffe intérieure entièrement en basane cirée ocre. Hauteur de la coiffe en son centre 15 cm.

Bon état, le cuir de la coiffe intérieure est usagé.
