Monture en bronze doré, pommeau à tête de lion décoré d'une branche de chêne et d'une branche d'olivier, clavier décoré en relief de branches de vigne, de branches d'olivier et d'épis de blé. Quillon en forme de tête d'animal. Fusée à plaquettes de nacre striée. Lame triangulaire gravée bleuie et dorée sur le premier tiers, elle signée au talon «S.H», L 73,6 cm (raccourcie). Fourreau cuir à deux garnitures en bronze doré.

Bon état de conservation, les parties métalliques ont gardé toute leur dorure d'époque. Lame raccourcie ayant conservé son bleui et son or. Fourreau d'origine en mauvais état : couture décousue sur 1 cm en partie haute et 18 cm en partie basse.
