Habit en drap vert clair fermant droit à l'avant au moyen de neuf boutons avec plastron en drap garance doublé vert clair fermant par quatorze boutons d'uniforme petit module estampés en relief du chiffre 12. Collet en drap vert clair passepoilé garance. Revers garance passepoilés vert clair, pattes de parement vert clairpasse poilées garance garnies de trois boutons d'uniforme petit module. Patte de ceinturon en drap vert clair passepoilé garance fermant par un bouton d'uniforme petit module timbré du chiffre 10. Fausses poches arrière en hauteur, à trois pointes chacune garnie de trois boutons gros module, retroussis vert clair passepoilé garance décoré dans les quatre angles d'une bombe enflammée brodée en fils, cannetilles et paillettes dorées. Passants d'épaulettes en galon d'or. Paire d'épaulettes de capitaine en passementerie d'or, frange souple dite « corde à puits », boutons petit module.
Doublure intérieure en toile crème, collet doublé de velours noir, ceinture doublée en maroquin ciré vert.

Très bon état, quelques petits trous de mite sur le plastron, réparations sur la partie arrière. Bas de manches usés.
