Coiffe en drap cramoisi à trois galons d'or, bandeau en drap noir avec jugulaire en galon d'or et deux boutons demi-bombé en laiton dorés estampés en relief d'un casque empanaché posé sur un glaive.

Visière en cuir ciré noir de forme carrée, doublée à l'intérieur d'une basane verte, un jonc en cuir ciré noir est plié à cheval sur la bordure extérieure et cousu.

Coiffe intérieure en soie cramoisie avec bandeau en cuir ciré rouge ciré au fer, au fond sur une calotte en cuir ciré est imprimé or au fer la marque du chapelier « MAISON STORIN / DUPETITBOSQ FRÈRES / SUCCESSEURS / PÉRISTYLE - MONTPENSIER / PALAIS ROYAL ».

Tour de tête : 55 cm

Bon état, visière recousue à l'époque,galon avec oxydation d'usage.
