Cardboard barrel covered with a blue cloth sleeve, garnished on the sides with a daffodil cord, H at the front 15 cm, H at the back 20.5 cm. Bourdalou in black patent calfskin, 3.4 cm high. Daffodil braid, 2 cm wide. Tricolor metal cockade 5 cm in diameter. Black patent cowhide leather cap, diameter 12 cm. Visor in strong black patent cow leather on the top and green on the bottom, width at the center 4 cm. Stamped brass plaque representing the imperial eagle. Interior headdress in leather cut into wolf teeth. Label in black printed cream paper, stuck to the bottom of the cap “74th line regiment, vintage 1867, order number 2589”. Double scarlet and dark green wool pompom.
