CAVALRY OFFICER SABER, First Empire. 30187

Brass hilt, single-branch guard, molded pommel. Striated ebony handle.
Curved blade with a hollow groove engraved with foliage and scrolls on the first third. Width at the base is 3 cm, total length 85.5 cm.
Brass scabbard with two suspension rings, engraved with a spiderweb-like design near the rings. The lower part is finely embossed with scales. Total scabbard length 88.7 cm.
Total length of the weapon: 103 cm.
