INFANTRY OFFICER SABRE OF THE VINCENNES CHASSEURS, model 1838, July Monarchy.

Brass hilt with a single branch, extended knuckle bow, and openwork shell adorned with foliage. Ebony grip with filigree.

Hollow-ground blade with a rounded back signed "Coulaux frères Klingenthal," length 77.4 cm. Replaced rivet button.

Black patent leather scabbard with three brass fittings, marked on the leather.

Very good condition.
