ORNEMENT DE PORTE-MANTEAU DES GARDES DU CORPS DU ROI, MODÈLE 1820, RESTAURATION (1820-1830).

Grande plaque en cuivre argenté de forme ronde diamètre 12,5 cm, estampé en relief du visage du soleil sur fond rayonnant, la bordure extérieure représente une course de fleurons.

Le 3 mars 1820 l'uniforme des Gardes-du-Corps du Roi est modifié par ordonnance. Le porte manteau devient de forme cylindrique en drap cramoisi, il mesure 61 cm de long et 18 cm de diamètre, ses extrémités sont ornées d'un galon soubise de 2,2 cm.
