Calot, turban et bandeau en drap fin noir, soutaches de grade dorées, du modèle après 1883. (un trou de mite sur l'arrière du bandeau)
Petits boutons dorés demi-sphériques non estampés, maintiennent la fausse jugulaire dorée en traits dit côtelé à la couleur de l'arme.
Dessus du calot orné d'un noeud hongrois en soutache or à brin simple, typique des officiers subalternes.

Visière en cuir verni noir, doublé de maroquin gaufré vert bronze.

Intérieur de coiffe en soie ocre.

Bandeau intérieur en basane noire.

Hauteur : 9,5 cm
Tour de tête : 49 cm
