Calot et turban en drap fin noir, bandeau en velours cramoisi ras, soutaches de grade dorées et argent alternées, du modèle après 1883.
Petits boutons dorés, estampés du symbole du Corps médical, maintiennent et la fausse jugulaire dorée à la couleur de l'arme, et la jugulaire à doubles coulisses de cérémonie en cuir noir verni bordés d'une fine soutache or.
Dessus du calot orné d'un noeud hongrois en soutache or à double brins, typique pour les officiers supérieurs.

Visière en cuir verni noir, doublé de maroquin gaufré vert bronze.

Intérieur de coiffe en satin violet, bandeau intérieur en cuir souple marron.

Coiffe portée en très bon état.
