Brass plate embossed in relief representing the crowned imperial eagle with outstretched wings, holding Jupiter's spindle in its talons. It is placed on a smooth-bottomed shield stamped in relief with the letter "N" with a laurel branch and an oak branch in the lower part bordered on its outer part with a vertically striated molding, molding framed with a projecting net on each side ; in the two angles, a lion's head is represented. H 14 cm, width 11.8 cm.
