En drap écarlate coupé en parti aux couleurs de la ville de Paris, de gueule et d’azur, côté avers armes et devise de la capitale, reprenant les motifs de la plaque modèle 1933, brodées en fils de soie et cannetille, entourées d'une branche de feuilles de lauriers à senestre et de chêne à dextre, réunies par un nœud aux couleurs des décorations suspendues : Croix de Guerre 1914/1918 et Croix de la Légion d'Honneur. (usure des broderies comme illustré sur les photographies).
Côté revers, en son centre, initiales « G.R », brodées en cannetille or, sur drap rapporté.
Bordé d’un galon dit « à bâtons » en passementerie or. Encadré de franges or dites « à corde de puits ».
Avec ses sangles de cuir glacé, teintes en bleue et rouge.
