En feutre taupé noir bordé d’un large galon de soie noire, garni d’un plumeti noir. Cocarde nationale tissée en soie tricolore (bleu, blanc, rouge). Ganse en cannetille d’or maintenue par un bouton doré timbré de d'une couronne de lauriers sur fond de trophée de drapeaux.

L’intérieur est en soie rose marquée à l’or au fer «PAUL STOPIN PALAIS ROYAL», bandeau intérieur de transpiration en cuir noir.

Boîte de transport en bois naturel.
